Pricing and payment
Is it really free to edit?
Yes. Creating, editing, previewing and checking your resume are free, with no account needed. Downloading the PDF costs US$1.00 per export.
Why does the PDF cost US$1?
It is a flat, one-time price for the finished PDF, instead of a subscription. Everything before it is free, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
What do I get for US$1?
One PDF export of your resume. For 7 days (up to 10 download or retry attempts) you can download it again, including after you edit the resume.
Is there a subscription or any hidden fee?
No. There is no subscription and nothing renews. We add no tax or extra fees at checkout. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or card fees.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payment happens on Stripe’s secure checkout page. The methods shown there, such as cards, depend on your location and our Stripe settings. We never see your card details.
What if I am charged but the PDF fails?
Press “Try again”. Retries are free during the 7-day window and you are not charged twice. If it still fails, email support@jobb.ae with your export reference.
Can I get a refund?
Duplicate charges and PDFs we could not deliver are refunded. See the Refund Policy for the details and how to ask.
ATS and your resume
Will my resume pass every ATS?
No one can promise that. ATS products differ. Our templates use real text, standard headings and simple layouts to make parsing easier, and the checker gives an internal estimate only.
What does the ATS-readiness score mean?
It is our own rule-based estimate of structure and completeness, shown with its rules in the tool. It is not an official score from any employer or ATS vendor, and a high score does not guarantee an interview.
Which template is safest?
Single-column templates, such as ATS Classic or ATS Professional, are the safest default. The International CV uses a two-column entry layout and is labelled as more complex.
Which characters work in the PDF?
Latin letters with accents and common punctuation. Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and some other scripts are not supported yet. The tool warns you before payment.
Accounts, privacy and your data
Do I need an account?
No. Guest resumes are saved against a private key in your browser. Logging in links resumes to your account.
What if I clear my browser data or change device?
A guest resume is tied to the private key in that browser, so you cannot recover it from another device or after clearing site data. Download a backup from the My resumes tab, or log in to keep resumes on your account.
Are my resumes private?
Yes. Resumes are not public pages and are blocked from search engines. We do not sell your resume content. Your PDF is generated in your browser.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Use the My resumes tab to download all your resumes or delete one or all of them, or email support@jobb.ae. Payment records are kept as needed for accounting. See Data retention and deletion.
