What we collect
- Resume content you type (which may include name, contact details, work and education history, and optional details such as nationality). It is stored on our servers so you can come back to it.
- A guest key generated in your browser (stored in local storage) to link guest resumes to you.
- Account data if you register or log in (name, email, password hash handled by WordPress).
- Payment records: export reference, amount, status and Stripe identifiers. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Technical data such as IP address in server logs and short-lived rate-limit counters.
- Messages you send through the contact form or by email (your name, email address and message). They are used only to reply to you.
How we use it
To provide the editor, save your resumes, process your payment, generate your PDF, prevent abuse and respond to support requests.
Who receives it
Stripe processes payments. Our hosting provider stores data on our behalf. We do not sell your resume content. PDFs are generated in your browser.
Retention and your rights
See Data Retention and Deletion. You can download or delete saved resumes in the tool, or email support@jobb.ae to exercise rights available to you under applicable law.
Private by design
Resumes are not public pages and are blocked from search engines.
