How this online resume builder works

ResumeBuilder.ae is an online resume and CV builder. You type your details once into a structured form, see the finished page update as you write, and switch between 20 ATS-friendly templates without retyping anything. No account is needed to start.

1. Write. Fill in contact details, a short summary, experience, education and skills. Add, remove or reorder sections as you need.
2. Check. The ATS-readiness check scores structure and completeness out of 100 using published rules, and you can paste a job advert to see which of its frequent terms your resume does not mention yet.
3. Download. When you are happy, download a text-based PDF in A4 or US Letter.

What is free and what costs US$1

• Free: writing, editing, all templates, the live preview, the ATS-readiness check and job-description matching.
• US$1.00 per PDF export, paid once through Stripe. It includes re-downloads and retries for 7 days (up to 10 attempts), including after you edit. There is no subscription.

Why the PDF is ATS-friendly

The PDF contains real, selectable text with standard section headings in a simple reading order, so applicant tracking systems and recruiters can read it. No tool can promise that every ATS will parse a file perfectly or that you will be shortlisted; see the Disclaimer.
