Ready-made summaries, bullets and skills in the builder

How do I edit an example bullet so it's true for me?

Keep the structure, then replace the details with your own facts: what you did, how much or how often, with which tools, and what result followed. Remove anything you did not do.

Example process:

  • Starting example: "Processed [number] supplier invoices weekly, ensuring accurate payment."
  • Ask: How many did I actually process? Which system? What was the result?
  • Edited: "Processed around 150 supplier invoices a week in Oracle, matching each to purchase orders before payment."

Checks before you keep it:

  • Every number is true or a fair estimate you can explain.
  • The tool, place and scale are yours.
  • The verb reflects your real role: "supported" if you helped, "led" only if you led it.

If an example does not fit after editing, delete it. A few true, specific bullets are better than many borrowed ones. Read each final bullet and ask, "Could I talk about this for two minutes in an interview?"
