Housekeeping Attendant resume

What should a housekeeping attendant resume include?

A housekeeping attendant resume should show where you have worked (hotel, resort, hospital, serviced apartments, cruise ship), how many rooms or areas you cleaned per shift, the standards you followed, and your reliability, attention to detail and guest service. Housekeeping managers look for people who work quickly, thoroughly and safely.

Core sections:

  • Header: name, "Housekeeping Attendant" or "Room Attendant", phone with country code, email, city.
  • Summary of two or three lines.
  • Skills: room cleaning, bed making, turndown, public area cleaning, chemical safety, linen handling, languages.
  • Experience with property type, star rating if relevant, and bullets.
  • Training and certificates.

Example summary (fictional): "Room attendant with four years in a 400-room five-star hotel, cleaning 14–16 rooms per shift to brand standards with consistently high inspection scores."

One page is usually enough.
