Download and payment problems on ResumeBuilder.ae

I paid for my resume but nothing downloaded. What should I check first?

First check whether the file actually saved somewhere, then retry. Many browsers save a PDF quietly without opening it, so a "missing" resume is often already on your device.

Check in this order:

  • Open your browser's downloads list and look for the newest PDF.
  • Look in your Downloads folder, sorted by date, newest first.
  • Look for a blocked-download or pop-up message near the address bar.
  • If there is no file, go back to the same resume in the same browser and try the download again.

On ResumeBuilder.ae, after paying you can download again or retry for 7 days, up to 10 attempts, and a failed PDF generation can be retried without paying again. If the file still does not appear, email support@jobb.ae with any payment receipt or reference you have, the date and time of payment and the browser and device you used.
