How our reviews work
- Only real customers. The review form opens only for someone who paid for a PDF export and downloaded it. It can be used within 60 days of the payment, and once per paid export. If a payment is later refunded or disputed, its review stops being shown.
- Published only with permission. A review appears only if the reviewer agreed to publication when writing it. Reviews sent as private feedback are never published.
- Checked, never rewritten. Every review waits for approval before it goes live. We cannot edit the wording: a review is published exactly as written or not at all. We hold back spam, abuse and reviews that contain personal details such as phone numbers.
- What each review shows. The star rating, the text, the name and country the reviewer chose to give (both optional), and the month it was written.
- Removing a review. In the builder, My resumes → Delete all my saved resumes also deletes any reviews you wrote. You can also email us to take one down.
- Your data. We store the review with its paid export, plus a one-way code made from the reviewer’s internet address that helps us spot abuse and is cleared after 90 days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Leave a review
- Open the resume builder in the browser you paid with.
- Go to My resumes → Paid PDF exports and choose Leave a review next to the export.
- Pick a star rating, write what worked and what did not, and decide whether we may publish it.
