ATS checkers and resume scores

My checker says my bullets have no measurable results. How do I fix that?

Add numbers or concrete outcomes where you honestly can: how many, how often, how much, how fast, or what changed. Results help human readers believe your claims, which is why many checkers look for them.

Before and after:

  • "Handled customer complaints." becomes "Resolved around 30 customer complaints a day by phone and email."
  • "Improved stock processes." becomes "Introduced weekly stock counts that reduced missing items in the store."

If you do not have exact figures, use honest estimates ("around", "up to") or describe the outcome in words. Never invent numbers.

Useful places to find real figures:

  • Old performance reviews, reports or emails.
  • Team size, number of clients, branches, shifts or products you handled.
  • Deadlines met, time saved or errors reduced, even if you describe them without exact numbers.

Not every bullet needs a number. Two or three measurable results per role is often enough to make the whole resume more convincing.
