Can I get a refund from ResumeBuilder.ae?
Refunds are given for duplicate charges and for PDFs that could not be delivered, as set out in the Refund Policy. Because the price is a small one-time payment for a file you can preview fully before paying, those are the main situations a refund covers.
What to do:
- If you were charged twice for the same export, email support@jobb.ae with the date, the amount and the email used at checkout.
- If the PDF could not be generated or delivered, first retry. A failed generation can be retried without paying again, within 7 days and up to 10 attempts. If it still fails, contact support.
- For any other situation, read the Refund Policy and contact support to ask.
To avoid needing a refund, check the free preview carefully and read the pre-payment checklist before you pay. Fixes after payment are possible within the 7-day window, so a typo does not mean paying again.
