Is ResumeBuilder.ae really free, and what do I have to pay for?

Building is free; downloading the PDF costs US$1.00. Everything you need to write and check your resume can be used without paying or creating an account.

Free on ResumeBuilder.ae:

• Creating, editing and previewing resumes.
• All templates: 20 original templates plus a library of 10,000 more.
• The ATS-readiness check (a score out of 100) and the job-description comparison.
• Saving up to 10 resumes.
• Writing a matching cover letter.

Paid:

• Downloading the resume as a PDF: US$1.00 per PDF export, paid once through Stripe Checkout.

There is no subscription, and nothing renews. After paying, you can download again or retry for 7 days, up to 10 attempts, including after edits. The cover letter written for that resume can be downloaded as a PDF in the same period at no extra cost. No tax or extra fees are added at checkout, though your bank may charge its own currency-conversion or card fees.
