• Any real estate course or study for a licence, listed as in progress if true.
• Local knowledge of areas you know well.

Example (fictional): "Exceeded monthly room-upgrade targets as a hotel front office agent by matching guests with suitable options."

Example (fictional): "Completed an introductory real estate practice course and shadowed viewings with a senior agent."

Keep it to one page. Brokerages want to see energy, reliability and communication skills, plus a driving licence if the job needs you to travel between viewings.
