How to merge PDFs
- Add your PDFs. Choose two or more at once, or drag them in. Each file shows its page count and page size.
- Set the order. Drag the files, or use the arrows. The first file in the list comes first.
- Press Merge. The pages are copied into one new PDF.
- Download. The merged PDF is checked first: it must open and contain every page, in order, at its original size.
What is kept
Pages are copied exactly as they are, not re-drawn or turned into images. Text stays sharp and searchable, fonts, images, vector graphics and links are kept, and every page keeps its own size and orientation, so you can mix A4, Letter and landscape pages in one file.
Bookmarks (the outline) and fillable form fields from the original files are not carried over.
A typical job application pack
Many employers and portals ask for one file. A common order is: cover letter, CV, then certificates and references. Create the CV in the Resume Builder, turn scanned certificates into a PDF with JPG to PDF, and merge them here.
Limits
- Up to 30 PDFs and 200 MB in total, with up to 100 MB per file.
- Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked first; the tool tells you which file is protected.
- Damaged PDFs are marked and left out.
Privacy: your files stay on your device
This tool works inside your web browser. Your files are opened and processed on your own computer or phone; they are not uploaded to our server, and we never see, store or keep them. That also means there is no waiting for uploads or downloads, and the tool keeps working if your connection drops after the page has loaded. Closing the page clears everything.
