The PDF downloaded but it is 0 KB or won't open. What happened?

The file is probably incomplete, so download it again rather than trying to repair it. A 0 KB file or one that shows "damaged" or "failed to load" usually means the download was interrupted or stopped before the PDF was finished.

What to do:

• Delete the broken file so you don't send it by mistake.
• Make sure your connection is stable and your device has free storage.
• Keep the resume page open and don't switch away while the PDF is being created; it is generated in your browser.
• Retry the download. After paying you have 7 days and up to 10 attempts.
• Open the new file straight away to confirm it shows every page.

If every attempt produces a broken file, try another up-to-date browser, then email support@jobb.ae with the date and time of payment, any payment reference and a short description. PDFs that could not be delivered are refunded under the Refund Policy.
